You cannot fake laugh with children

Genuine laughter, eruptions of joy, are generated by neural pathways and musculature.
There is a big difference in how you feel after a "good laugh". It produces mild euphoria thanks to endorphins released to your system, which also increases your tolerance to pain.
When I dance, sing, play instruments with my students, my euphoria levels are at highest.
My singing and dancing experience started when I turned six.

By the age seven, I travelled over a thousand miles for my first tour and competition. I didn't know any language except Polish, my parents were not able to travel with our group. Living with a Flemish family for a week and a half was a lifetime experience. However, music and my adventurous personality made me feel good and welcomed. I shared many laughs in a universal language of happiness and stayed in touch with the family till today.
The pure joy of a child enjoying music and dance is contagious and addictive.
Any bad day is transformed into pure joy once I enter the music class.
Watching the students perform, looking at their smiles, I wonder what would ever draw adults to fake laugh.
Fake laugh does not have the same feel-good result. In fact, deep inside you probably feel drained from pretending and the exhaustion or even shame settles into your body instantly.
Unfortunately, we are surrounded by fake laughs in today's world. Politicians, lawyers, toll booth workers, receptionists, moms, dads, you name it.
Please take a minute and look at these photos, and I promise, your face and heart will lit up with the most purest and spontaneous sensation.
